In the About page there's all the data that is in our LinkedIn and which you don't have the appropriate process in place to see, even though you claim that a social media page is a good place for you to verify a business' legitimacy.
I told you before, I'll tell you again: when you visit some of these social media websites, they sometimes obscure the page or refuse to show it outright. But only sometimes. You're a big business. Get your act together. If you're going to accept social media as proof, set a proper process in place that allows you to see pages in those sites, and verify that it's consistently working, please.

- Please customize the emails you send to businesses. The fact that you ask for things that are already visibly there makes you look lazy.
- Your email tells me to go to my dashboard, your dashboard tells me to reply to your email. Please, check for different systems collaborating on verification.
- Your process has "cleared" the company a couple of times now, then a day or two later we're back to square one. please troubleshoot this. A month ago I would've recommended you to anyone and everyone. This painful process has reduced that for my type of company. This might be happening elsewhere. It might be worthwhile to look into it.
